I want my ramen full to the brim with broth, not almost-covering my noodles.
Huge serving of pork belly in it.
It would be great if they could have a tea selection and amp up the cocktails.
Somehow when you cover noodles with chopped romaine lettuce and a sweet cherry tomato along with the slightly crispy outside of the duck confit, there's so many different flavors and textures in my mouth that I can't really taste anything.
